Cultivate Mentoring Lab runs two partnership rounds each year.
Express your interest for our 2017 programme...
The Cultivate team pairs available mentors with applicants, looking for synergies in their career paths, or other reasons that would make a partnership especially valuable.
While we don't think it's possible, or right, to dictate how a mentoring relationship should work, we do ask mentors and applicants to commit to a 6-month relationship. Mentors make themselves available for at least 12 hours of support over that time. Relationships may of course last longer if both women would like to continue working together.

Mentoring through Cultivate focuses on five key areas:
Our mentors
Our mentors come from a range of professional disciplines, organisation types and backgrounds. They are all passionate about women having equal opportunity to advance in the workplace, and building a pipeline of women who are perceived to be 'leadership ready'.
We endeavour to pair mentors and mentees that have some common ground - whether it's their industry or organisation type, professional discipline, career path, life stage or background.
Belonging to the Cultivate Mentoring Lab family
All of our mentors and mentees become part of the Cultivate Mentoring Lab family, receiving access to ongoing support to be their best selves at work. Cultivate runs seminars throughout the year focusing on areas of interest to our network.
We are open to suggestions about the other types of services our network would like us to provide to enable women to succeed. You can email your ideas to us.
- Salary - negotiating what you're worth
- Learning and development - getting access to opportunities to grow
- Promotions - successfully pitching yourself for your next step
- Personal brand - managing your professional reputation in and out of the workplace
- Workplace conduct - how to address discrimination and harassment
